i owned a star mobile diamond X1...the phone worked great for 3 months ...then suddenly stopped working off and on for 2 weeks and then nothing...the service looked at our complaint and said they would send to manila, said it would take 2 to 3 weeks and would call us when complete with replacing the mother board, they never called so we went into pickup the phone and they first said it was still in manila, then 5 minutes later realized they still had it, we took the phone home and it worked for a 5 days and then the phone stop working again, we took it back and the service dept said it was just a battery problem and for us not to let the phone charge get below 15 percent, we took it home and it stop for working after a few hours and will not turn on again, we charged as directed, but the service dept now claims that they never sent our phone to manila as our problem is simply the battery charging, but they need to shock it in order to get it to work, we paid 14000 pesos for a phone that has only worked a third of the time...i recommend to anyone not to buy a star mobile phone as they are simply dishonest and their phones do not work...the people in the service center had similar complaints
