Ordered 4 items 10 days ago. 2 items where set for delivery Dec.

24-28. On the 23rd, the merchant contacted me, and informed me that Lazada said delivery will be on Dec 30. This morning, the merchant informed me that now, delivery will be on Jan. 6!

This, despite the fact that Lazada picked up the 2 items from the merchant last Dec 21 pa! Their customer Service is totally useless!

They make it hard for customers to get a direct answer from them. The merchant already agreed to a cancellation of the sale due to the delay, but the idiots refuse to even respond to my request.

Product or Service Mentioned: Lazada Philippines Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Cancel the sale OF the 2 items.

I liked: To have free shipping fee.

I didn't like: Delivery problems, Do not provide any email address to contact them.
