dearest lazada, please kindly cancel out my order # 338216322 as soon as possible within the cooling off period meaning before 24 hours from puchased time as i could not contact you through the telephone number provided as to loss of landline.

please just cancel it as it is not yet even in the shipping process remove it already due to i had mistakenly ordered the wrong item and as i was not also able to invoice my voucher code.

in regards to your 100 percent buyer protection and customer care i hope these tiny problem could be resolve at the least time possible, as it is provided in your website: lazada works 24/7 for any inquiries.
