I received an email that my refund is complete. But there’s no info on whether they will send it to my bank or give me a tracking number.
It has been a week now but I haven’t received any refund yet. I tried reaching out through their live chat but it only redirected me to their LazBot which is useless. I emailed the customer email but it says my request was not submitted.
I called their customer service but it only made me wait for a long time. Please anyone could get back at me?!?
