Lazada Philippines - Poor customer service at Lazada Ph.
I sent back my 2 orders in total at LBC branch because lazada sent me defective items last Sept 8,2017.Then after a week they gave me my refund via LBC remittance but it shouldn't be there because i chose a bank deposit option when filling up return form.
And then i requested to get to transfer my refund thru my bank account and since today Oct 3,2017 i still haven't received my refund yet. They always promise me to fix this matter in 2-3days but nothing is done. One of my orders was belong under our maid's account and so lazada asked me for autorization letter including my I.D and i gave it to them. Week ago still my refund was not yet on my bank.
I contacted them for so many times and they all just telling me to wait and wait.
I think lazada won't give me my refund anymore.Very disappointing knowing this is a big online shopping company who offers 'Effortless Shopping' when it wasn't!!!!!
