I placed an order last month ( November 12 2018), My package has passed customs clearance December 7, I got my Tracking number , however it shows that it will be return to sender, because of fail attempt. (like wut?) I did not get any update from them, usually if they deliver something they will call or text me, but this time no communication from them, I call the support (lazada) ,they promise to escalate it (but they can't guarantee ) but until now never heard from them.

very poor service from lazada . no way to contact Lex ph

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Have billease witch you can loan the item.

I didn't like: Courier, Chat support dont know what they are doing, Delay in delivery, Them taking my money and cancelling order, Give false information.

Lex ph guiguinto has poor customer service they always cancel the items !

I have the same experience with LEX. Why is it not blocked by Lazada yet?
