I placed an order last month ( November 12 2018), My package has passed customs clearance December 7, I got my Tracking number , however it shows that it will be return to sender, because of fail attempt. (like wut?) I did not get any update from them, usually if they deliver something they will call or text me, but this time no communication from them, I call the support (lazada) ,they promise to escalate it (but they can't guarantee ) but until now never heard from them.
