This is my first ever transaction with Lazada and I had a terrible customer experience. I ordered Alcatel Flash Plus 2 last 16/08.
I got the package on 17/08. Everything else is fine pero nung nagphone test ako, nag hang ng 3 beses yung phone. Sobrang inconvenient makipag transact sa Lazada because the return/replacement process is way too long. I've requested to get another item instead and tumatawag/email na din ako sa kanila everyday to fix this ***.
Sobrang nakakainis kasi yung same item lang yung ibabalik nila so they need to cancel my existing order and generate new one para sa bagong item na kukunin ko.
Kung sana ginawa n nila yung nirequest ko nung una palang edi sana di na lalo napprolong yung process. This is not an effortless shopping at all.
