This is my first ever transaction with Lazada and I had a terrible customer experience. I ordered Alcatel Flash Plus 2 last 16/08.

I got the package on 17/08. Everything else is fine pero nung nagphone test ako, nag hang ng 3 beses yung phone. Sobrang inconvenient makipag transact sa Lazada because the return/replacement process is way too long. I've requested to get another item instead and tumatawag/email na din ako sa kanila everyday to fix this ***.

Sobrang nakakainis kasi yung same item lang yung ibabalik nila so they need to cancel my existing order and generate new one para sa bagong item na kukunin ko.

Kung sana ginawa n nila yung nirequest ko nung una palang edi sana di na lalo napprolong yung process. This is not an effortless shopping at all.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $7000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Traumatic bcoz this is my first time to go on line shopping.

Ibig po bang sabihin you requested for a REPLACEMENT? Ang usual process po kasi ng replacement is same ITEM SKU ang priority na hahanapin para ipalit sa ni-return nyong item. Pero kung may request naman na po pala kayo for another item, naisulat nyo po ba kung anong specific item and SKU yun para yun ang ipinalit sana? We'd like to hear from you again po!
