I orderd a toaster oven on 05/12/14,the order status has it as processing since it is now the 20/12/14 the money was taken from my card on the 5th .i have emailed them at least 7 times and tried to call th hotline , I got one caned reply to the emails ,apon checking now they have just canceled whit out even email or notifying me. This was a gift for XMASS I now have very little time to sorce and and get a replacement delivered and would have no notice of this if I had not checked the tracking my self.this is turely appaling service and bussnies practice ,in afect they have keep my money for 15 days and the cancelled whit out makeing amends answering my emails or notifying me.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
