We ordered 3 Asahi EK-172 Electric Cordless 1.7L Kettle and 1 Philips Cool Daylight LED Bulb Pack 6W amounting to last August 23. On August 25 the items were delivered and we pay it full.
Upon checking, we notice that there are 2 missing items. The Asahi kettle delivered are only 2 and Philips bulb is also not included. The delivery man is already gone. We immediately report it to Lazada customer service and they advised us to return what we received to investigate and refund all our payment.
They give us refund but only for 2 Asahi kettle. Up to now no updates given.
