New ReviewerI've been calling lazada for my refund for the past 3 months. I want to get the money I have in my account that lazada suspended because a scammer hacked my account.
I have money there worth 22860. You, lazada promised me that I will get it after 7 - 10 days of waiting and it's been another month without my refund! Everytime I email the representative who promised my refund, there is an email from lazada that my case was closed. What the heck you're telling me?!!!
I have not getting any peso from my e-wallet yet.. Its still there.
The scammer changed the phone number and the email address I have in my account. I have told everybody hundred times. I have submitted all my documents to lazada for fast processing and you will just tell me it's close??!!
First you let scammer on your online app
Now you don't want me to get my money there.
What kind of proof do you need?? That it is my account and that is my money thats in there!!!!
Preferred solution: Full refund.

I don't have order no. Coz lazada keep telling me that my case was closed. And I always call lazada regarding this concerns but keeps giving me same answer even after submitting all the documents they asked me to submit.
