I ordered a playpen to a store that has "okay" reviews for selling. I paid thru my debit card on file and thought it would be more efficient if i did.
However, this stupid seller named AYTOYS did not deliver my order on time, coz as per the seller it is out of stock, BUT, BUT the time I purchase it, minutes later this horrible seller marked my order packed! So I was under the impression that it'll be delivered on time, unfortunately NOT. I told the seller to cancel and refund my money so I can order else where. To cut the chase, my money has not been refunded yet.
The seller is deceitful, liar and should not be allowed to sell online. I spoke to different agents through chat and call but no one has responded to my request yet. I have been asking them to let a manager handle my concern or have a manager calls me so we can expedite the refund process. its almost a month now.
LAZADA hast the poorest customer service. Very poor. I wonder if the frontliners go to a proper training to comprehend an urgent matter or do a first call resolution. When you talk to theri agents, they tend to focus on what they Cannot do, like "i'm afraid I cannot do that, I'm sorry I dont have access".
Yuck. Deceitful sellers, no critical thinking agents ruin Lazada's credibility.
