However the tablet was not return to the seller for replacement because everytime I file for return/refund for the tablet they just cancelled it.

I just let it pass for now because i was tired of being ignored and it seems like I am filing for nothing but i will no longer order to the seller. I just don't know if Lazada takes action on their part or not regarding this incident.Thank you Pissed Customer for the follow up.

Lazada' s customer assistance is not customer friendly. If you want a lazcare specialist it takes a while before they respond and if they respond to you, you have no right to have an idle time even for a second they will drop your issue.

Request for refund take a week or more.

They allow sellers to keep rejecting the requested refund. For my case, I did not receive the item (tablet casing for triple camera tablet) that is why I request for a refund.

I forwarded the photos that i only received two tablets as proof but to no avail. Lazcare will keep on saying we will forward this to our refund team but until now no refund has been made.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Lazada Philippines Pros: Anniversary discount.
