nag order yung ate ko sa lazada pero nagkamali siya ng naorder dina niya nacancel kaya nung may magdeliver dito samin. binalik niya agad yung item pinadala niya ito sa lbc noong april 23 at april 26 may natanggap siyng notif.

tapos winithdraw niya sa lazada app yung pera na refunded dun para daw maisend yung remittance code sa email niya pero makaraan ng limang araw medyo nkakapansin na kmi na wala nman ng narereceive ate ko na code sa email niya tapos nung icheck ko yung acc. niya sa lazada app. not set nman na yung email niya dun kaya nilagay ko email ko tapos yun nag message ako sa live chat then sabi nila sinend daw nila sa old email ko pero wala nman nagmesaage dun hanggang ngayon wala pa silang sinesend na remittance code. at nagkaroon ng tatlong case yung nasa picture.

bali nakapagaasist sakin yung anim na tao bawat isa sakanila sabi nila mag antay kami ng two days so bale nagtwo 2 days sila ang inantay namin pero walang nagsend ng remittance code. yung ate ko nasa manila ngayon nasa agency na niya kasi flight niya bukas para magtrabaho abroad. ang gusto sana namin makuha na niya yung pera ngayon para mapadala niya sa pamilya niya kasi di nmn niya magagamit yon pag nadala niya abroad.

please help us kasi di namin alam gagawin namin. yung mga nagaassist samin sa lazada pareparehas d]n naman sinasabi

Hi lazada, I have the same problem. I refunded and returned my item and I already received the return money on my lazada wallet.

I tried to withdraw it through LBC, and I haven't received the remittance number yet, and my lazada wallet states that the withdraw was successful even though I haven't received any remittance number through my email. Shshshshsh.

Please lazada. I want my money back
