It was my first order in Lazada and I was looking the best out of it, but it turns out the other way around.

nag-order ako ng shoes Sept.03, 2014 worth P1,665 pesos discounted na.

The order has been verified the same day which was good. Pero naprocess yung order ko sa warehouse nila Sept. 06, 2014 na. They shipped the item that same day through " Hari ng padala" at nareceive ko yung item 5 days after Sept.

11, 2014 (ANG TAGAL). Pero kinunsider ko rin.

Too bad, yung item does not fit on my shoe size. So I returned the item the day after nareceive ko yung item and successfully they have received it.

LAZADA gave me a voucher code which has the amount equal to the item I have paid, cash on delivery kasi yun eh. Now, inorder ko same item of different size with the same discount and prize but SADLY nung iprinocess ko na for payment, yung item turned back to its original price. I was very much disappointed by what had happened, tinawagan ako ng CSR ng LAZADA at sinabi yung dahilan kung bakit. Ginawa ko hindi na ako nakipagtalo, sinabi kong babayaran ko yung remaining as soon mareceive ko yung item.

As of now (9/24/2014 10:43 PM) status ng order ko : Ordered Sept.

22, 2014 UNTIL THIS MOMENT NA TO yung item for processing pa din, HINDI PA naiforward sa forwarding Company (LBC, 2gO, or anu pa mang forwarding company).

Para sa akin na first time umorder sa LAZADA..DISAPPOINTED AKO SA SERVICE NIYO!
