Getting worse and worse with them

The helpline is absolutely useless and unable to help. For weeks, I've been missing a paid order and there's absolutely no solution from them.

All I hear from them is to wait and wait for your parcel. They're trying to improve, as they say, but they're getting worse and worse. You're just losing money with them. After being a loyal customer, I've started to worry about my money.

They will not help you at all. I guess they have uneducated employees.

How to cancel my order?

I will cancel my order because i dont have some money to pay my order and i have some problem about my family.

Cause my husband dont have enough salary.

And we have four kids attending in the school.

We have to pay water and some fares for my childrens thats why i cancel my order. Cause we cant afford to pay my order. And then my husband scolded me why i have to order some tablets.And for our everyday we spend money to buy some food.

And I hope you will understand my situations.

It's easy to cancel an order if it's not shipped yet, just wondering why would you come here for complaint while it is your own fault. In the first place you shouldn't have ordered anything if you can't pay for it.

Cancelled an order but 3 months na hindi pa na refund! Nag charge na sa credit card for 3 months, paki ayos kasi pag hindi pa din nagawan ng paraan reklamo ko kayo sa DTI or saan man government agency.

pinag hirapan na yan ng seller balutin, lagyan ng sticker at dalhin sa drop off. Sayang na pinambili sa pambalot at sa cost ng sticker label, GAnun ganun na lang. YOu have all the time in the world para pag isipan ng isa hanggang ilang oras to decide and click yung purchase. Hindi namilit ang seller na bentahan kayo.

Tapos kung makautos kayo sa seller na i cancel yung order niyo, bakit marunong ka umorder hindi ka marunong mag cancel? OBOB lang?

LEX PH should be removed as your logistics partner

Hi, Ladaza, I've ordered a lot of things from your store. So far, all of our transactions are okay and smooth, until LEX Ph became your logistics partner.

Not only that you charge amount for their delivery service but this Lex PH is poor at handling your customers. To remind you, online stores exist for the purpose of eliminating hassles for shoppers and atleast ease their burdens, but here you are, with your new logistics partner, aggravating our problems as consumers.

I've been waiting for my order for 2 weeks past the estimated date of delivery. I have also reported this matter to your customer service twice, but to no avail.

I never failed on tracking my order, but was amazed that for 5 days, there has been no progress at all.

Hopefully, you'll consider removing LEX PH or atleast remind them of their job. This may affect your entire business, if more and more customers will experience this poor delivery service of LEX PH.

lex damaged my order which took me almost a month in finding a seller overseas that can provide me the size and functionalities i need..waited for 10 days for my parcel to arrive only to be told that it was damaged and will not be delivered..the item was to be used for our interior design project..we’ve scheduled an installer on the day it was supposed to be delivered...also now we can’t proceed with the next phase of the project since we need to measure the remaining space of the wall first once the item was installed..imagine the stress, hassle, inconvenience, and lost time this has caused!

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THIS. My order hasn’t even arrived yet, but here is a breakdown of my experience so far: I placed the order on 05 Jun 2020 1 day to be packed by seller 2 days* to be handed to logistics partner 4 days to be handed to freight partner 3 days* before departing Japan 1 day to clear customs and be passed to log.

Cainao 7 days* to arrive at LEX PH *excluding Sundays In summary, my order: Spent ONLY 10 days in Japan Took LESS THAN A DAY to reach the Ph Yet, spent 7 DAYS to travel WITHIN THE MANILA AREA And will likely take 2 more weeks before arriving in Cebu, and finally reaching me. I will make an official review once my order has FINALLY ARRIVED.

Nag order ako May 5. According to Lazada the earliest delivery is May 14 and the latest is June 3.

As of this writing June 6 na and when I am tracking my package ay May 29 pa na sinasabi na will be handed over to the delivery partner. Late na nga dumating sa Pinas at late na din delivery??? Aba, my shipping fee p!!!??? Hassle ang LEX PH., LAZADA PLEASE!!!

Nag order ako April 30 hanggang ngayun Wala pa akong natatanggap more than 10 days na Yun sa logistics facility sa mandaue! Tangina, patu ang kuya ko nag order sa around February or March pero Wala pang dumadating hanggang ngayun!

I ordered a few days ago, but they cancelled my order. I paid via card.

The problem is, I cannot get the refund back to the card because it's a company card and only the company is allowed to put money onto the card. Is there any other way to send back my money?

It's 9637 Philippine pesos. Please help me to get my money back so that I can order again from another store or pay for the same item.

The customer support is a joke! Sellers are scammers and rude!

The seller will take your money but won't be sending your items or not be sending all your ordered items! And Lazada won't help at all. The sellers will just keep on rejecting and then you just have to accept you gave them free money for nothing!

I hate these kinds of businesses! Very untrustworthy.

I joined their Facebook page that took 2 days for approval, i opened a chat and sent 3 messages about my problems logging in and left the chat open for 3 hours there was no response. I gave up waiting but left the chat open for an additional 24 hours still no reply.

I sent an email to their privacy center, is the only one found on their site, after a week, still no reply. The option to use private email is not available at sign-up contrary to what the help page instructors, I've had to use 3rd party login using Google, Facebook and Apple, all 3 were frozen after registration and at 1st attempt to login. I asked a local friend to create an account and he was frozen as well, unfortunately calling is still expensive for prepaid users which most are still over there so he couldn't call as well. They should have the option at least for text messaging if that's still the norm, 8 light have been able to do that..

so no email, no chat, and no text, just landline long distance call. Not an option for me, unlocking 3 accounts will take some time together reregistration of it and i can't predict the charges incurred but it will be expensive,i suspect at least 20 minutes of conversation for me to explain and them to act,10 minutes for 3 accounts in turn of each other. The site suggested joining the members group for knowledgeable answers. I joined 2 members' group and asked for help, neither one replied, it was mostly for advertising or supporting products that they purchased, not a members support group, both of them.

That's 8 different ways of attempts including the phone call from this site, the number wouldn't connect. I've exhausted all avenues and will try their competitor, shopee

Chat is not accessible to those who have problems with the sign-up, you need to login. I can't call the landline, it's international calling.

No tech support to contact. I emailed their data privacy address, the only one found and no reply. They don't have an email address in this day and age, it's ridiculous.

My account was frozen after i created it, at my initial login attempt after it was registered. Why?

Bakit nabawasan ang laman ng Gcash ko? May nag-transaksyon na Lazada payments online.

Paki-balik po nang maayos yung pera na iyon. Hindi pa sa akin iyon.

Pakibalik po yung pera ng account ko, iyan po'y hindi ko talaga ginamit. May ibang tao na kumuha ng laman ng Gcash at binayad sa Lazada payment.

Good day! I'd like to raise this concern directly to the legal department as one of the shop in Lazada Platform we're not doing their part to cooperate with us and give back to us it's either the money we've paid or the lacking parts on the item they've sent to us.

Multiple times I've tried to ask for help from the Lazada APP help center but it makes no sense, they didn't help! Hoping for a positive response on this! We've paid for the item that we CANNOT USE!

Lazada Platform should have standards for accepting sellers from China!!! They are too rude and dishonest!!!

User's recommendation: Don't try to place order to BEWELL SHOP as they sent incomplete items, and then will ask you to cancel the return/refund button, they will also ask you to place order again thru after sales link and then no order will be sent. It's a SCAM! 800pesos just flew very easy!! And here's the Lazada app CLEO who is likely as stupid when you communicate the complaint to them!!

your system is very unfair for the customers. because if parcel is already shipped your system can't cancel the transaction even if its beyond the estimated date of arrival.

I believe my parcel is already lost in transit because i cannot search its tracking number with your courier. so therefore i will never refunded because your system cant cancel it.

Hello. I've been receiving text messages from lazada riders that I have a parcel.

Even my landlord has been disturbed because of it.

I'm outside the country and I have not ordered anything from Lazada. I Know that I dont have anything pending because lazada usually sends email if you have an order and I can see it too on my lazada account.

ON WHICH I DONT HAVE ON BOTH. EMAIL AND LAZADA ACCOUNT.

There is an sms ai received , it is about validation my gcash acc but I didn't expect that is a scam and my gcash money was lost and I received a message from gcash that I successfully paid worth 1033 in lazada ph but I didn't do that actually I don't have lazada app.
