Very Problematic dealing with accessing refunds & ineffective c customer service

Previously I wrote a review regarding Lazada's turn around on refunds purchased with a debit card. Recently, I'm not able to access my refund because I supposedly have 2 accounts. I requested to have one deleted, but I was told there's no way unless I register a new phone number, but I only have 1 phone number! It's the only solution offered unless I totally deleted my accounts which means I also lose my refund. It is so unbelievable! Dealing with customer service triggers a bad migraine & I lose my patience being told the same thing over & over by different representatives.

User's recommendation: Don't use cards to pay because its takes forever for the refund. Don't ever make a mistake that will require tech support because they can't solve the simplest issue. I normally do not buy from Lazada except for items not on Shopee.

How to cancel my order?

I will cancel my order because i dont have some money to pay my order and i have some problem about my family.

Cause my husband dont have enough salary.

And we have four kids attending in the school.

We have to pay water and some fares for my childrens thats why i cancel my order. Cause we cant afford to pay my order. And then my husband scolded me why i have to order some tablets.And for our everyday we spend money to buy some food.

And I hope you will understand my situations.

It's easy to cancel an order if it's not shipped yet, just wondering why would you come here for complaint while it is your own fault. In the first place you shouldn't have ordered anything if you can't pay for it.

Cancelled an order but 3 months na hindi pa na refund! Nag charge na sa credit card for 3 months, paki ayos kasi pag hindi pa din nagawan ng paraan reklamo ko kayo sa DTI or saan man government agency.

pinag hirapan na yan ng seller balutin, lagyan ng sticker at dalhin sa drop off. Sayang na pinambili sa pambalot at sa cost ng sticker label, GAnun ganun na lang. YOu have all the time in the world para pag isipan ng isa hanggang ilang oras to decide and click yung purchase. Hindi namilit ang seller na bentahan kayo.

LEX PH should be removed as your logistics partner

Hi, Ladaza, I've ordered a lot of things from your store. So far, all of our transactions are okay and smooth, until LEX Ph became your logistics partner.

Not only that you charge amount for their delivery service but this Lex PH is poor at handling your customers. To remind you, online stores exist for the purpose of eliminating hassles for shoppers and atleast ease their burdens, but here you are, with your new logistics partner, aggravating our problems as consumers.

I've been waiting for my order for 2 weeks past the estimated date of delivery. I have also reported this matter to your customer service twice, but to no avail.

I never failed on tracking my order, but was amazed that for 5 days, there has been no progress at all.

Hopefully, you'll consider removing LEX PH or atleast remind them of their job. This may affect your entire business, if more and more customers will experience this poor delivery service of LEX PH.

lex damaged my order which took me almost a month in finding a seller overseas that can provide me the size and functionalities i need..waited for 10 days for my parcel to arrive only to be told that it was damaged and will not be delivered..the item was to be used for our interior design project..we’ve scheduled an installer on the day it was supposed to be delivered...also now we can’t proceed with the next phase of the project since we need to measure the remaining space of the wall first once the item was installed..imagine the stress, hassle, inconvenience, and lost time this has caused!

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THIS. My order hasn’t even arrived yet, but here is a breakdown of my experience so far: I placed the order on 05 Jun 2020 1 day to be packed by seller 2 days* to be handed to logistics partner 4 days to be handed to freight partner 3 days* before departing Japan 1 day to clear customs and be passed to log.

fac. Cainao 1 day to depart log. fac.

Cainao 7 days* to arrive at LEX PH *excluding Sundays In summary, my order: Spent ONLY 10 days in Japan Took LESS THAN A DAY to reach the Ph Yet, spent 7 DAYS to travel WITHIN THE MANILA AREA And will likely take 2 more weeks before arriving in Cebu, and finally reaching me. I will make an official review once my order has FINALLY ARRIVED.

Nag order ako May 5. According to Lazada the earliest delivery is May 14 and the latest is June 3.

As of this writing June 6 na and when I am tracking my package ay May 29 pa na sinasabi na will be handed over to the delivery partner. Late na nga dumating sa Pinas at late na din delivery??? Aba, my shipping fee p!!!??? Hassle ang LEX PH., LAZADA PLEASE!!!

Tuesday afternoon, 03/01/2024, I sent money worth 15,568.30 THB with the conversion of 25,000.00 PHP to Mr. Jether Clyde Bombeo thru his Wallet mobile number account +63 9171****51.

I send this money around 12:57pm (noon time) (Thailand Time). Mr. Jether waited for a long time, and when he track again, at around 11:51pm (almost midnight) someone claim. Please we need the money for his wedding.

We trusted western union and Lazada Wallet. but I am so devastated of what had happen.

It was reflected that it reach to the recipient account, but the recipient did not get the money. Someone got the money.

When he tried to claim it, it said, it was already claimed. Now questions are (1) What time did Lazada Alipay send the money to the recipient account? Remember the transaction is 1PM Thailand time and it is on the range on banking hours. The recipient always checked from 1PM to 5PM, but it did not came to his account.

Then when he tried to checked again before it hits midnight, it says, it was already claimed. who claimed? (2) What time did the culprit withdraw the money? (3) What number did he used?

(3) What is the name registered on the number that the culprit used? (4) Where did he claimed the money? As they said, transferring money is real-time. Why my friend waited so long and it turns out someone claim the money?

Can you answer me with proofs.

I need to know. I have the right to know.

DI ordered a dining set but I received the table with missing legs. When I try to return they declined it because I am missing a video opening it?

They havent even ask for more information they just declined and I wont be able to contact them their phone number is not working and no one answers on emails. They dont care about their customers terrible experience with them. Now what should I do with the glass table without legs?

I paid 7000 pesos for this! So disappointed!

The order number is 763508****71973 and the store is San Yang Furniture. The store also doesn’t help but at least they answer on the chat and it takes a day .

They said they shipped it right it’s the J&T shipping company who has at fault in missing the parts. Thanks!

Dear Lazada Ph.,

Is somebody can help me with a merchant I talked with at Lazada if they are legit or not? I was looking for a hospital bed for my paralyzed mother and I found one that I liked but I wasn't sure if they could deliver to the place of my mother I chatted in the chat box of a store where the bed I found.

So, the store reply me and told me to direct message to their store page on Facebook. I did message and we chatted back and forth and gave me the name of the person who was in charge the delivering the product. I paid everything they asked and I am waiting for the tracking number after waiting 2 hours and still no tracking number yet. I tried to call but not reply or answer me.

Can you help me with their store at yours? company if they are legit or not?

I send messages to the supplier and yet my order hasnt been delivered. They said that delivery date is October 16 what day is it now? Tracking states we are packing your order soon, sorry for the delay. No delivery date or message when is the actual order going to be delivered.

I recently placed an order for five items through Lazada Choice, but I only received four items upon delivery. Despite this, I was still charged for all five items.

It seems like you're treating our money as if it's just lying around for you to pick up. It's frustrating that there was no update regarding whether I would be refunded for the missing item, especially since it was already canceled.

I paid 321 for it, and that's not an amount you can just find lying around. It's disappointing that your service lacks proper communication and seems to make it difficult for customers to get their refunds processed.

Cancelled my order for "failure delivery" because the house was not close to the road and its hard to access by van, DID NOT EVEN TRY TO CALL OR TEXT!!! when we could have met him down the road if he even try to contact the number provided in the order. tried calling and texting, NO ANSWER! called Lazada customer service, waiting on hold for over 30 minutes and I finally give up! Good day. I would like to bring to your attention the scammer I encountered in your platform and the slowness of the assistance given by your office.

I purchased 2 pcs of 25kls of rice and was delivered on January 20, 2024. To my regret, I was delivered with 1 small pc of wipes with the description of 25kls of rice. I was really infuriated because this is the first time I encountered with Lazada such an incident. It was paid in full using Lazpaylater.

Immediately upon receipt, I submitted and filed a request for refund and, up to this moment no progress at all. It says whenever I make a follow ups, that still under agent review. How long will this matter be reviewed? Beside, this seller/scammer is still selling in your platform despite the complaints made by other customers.

I need the reversal/refund of this scammed purchased before it gets to my next billing. Thank you and hoping for a prompt response in your end.
