Lazada Philippines - Delivered not received

I purchased 3 items in lazada and upon checking, it was marked attempt to deliver not successful then after 20 mins or so, it was marked as delivered. That was 10:30pm amd we're home all day and no One delivered it. It was paid via credit card.so what to do now ?
