Order was dated to recieve from may 19- jun 9(order posted may 9), however it didnt arrive to the said date, i contacted the seller and we agreed that i will not accept the item anymore ,but since the package still on pending delivery and arrive by june 14 i told the delivery man that i wont accept the item anymore as we agreed by the seller, however customer service called and saying that if customer not willing to wait(i waited a month :D) do not buy at lazada, she even ask me to cancel my membership, really? lol what kind of customer service is this, anyway number called me is this, 0917568****

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
