New ReviewerI cancelled ny order even before it was shipped out, seller is not responsive tonany messages and just seen it all the time. So when I received a message that it is about to deliver i reply to the delivery man to save his time and effort but look at what I got from this rude person! You should teach your staff how to handle such things professionally and not threaten way.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
