After numerous attempts to get my refund for more than 3 months and being given empty promises, I finally decided to either escalate thru legal means or try to visit their main office in BGC, Taguig. I did the latter option and brought with me all pertinent documents.

Ella, the customer rep was very polite, receptive and understood my position. She went back to her managers, and came back with a favorable decision of giving my refund using their petty cash.

The problem is with using chat sessions with different customer reps.

You get to talk to a different person each follow up call and you start all over with your case. I suggested assigning one person with a specific case number, till it is closed.
