Ordered a Samsung Galaxy J7 prime smartphone from this website last Oct. 22. Expected date of arrival was Oct. 27-29.

Already received a text from Lazada last Oct 27 saying that the item is already dispatched and would be delivered within 24 hours. Still no updates upto now, no contact number given whatsoever.

Its all just waiting game for now, very frustrating delivery service! (LEX), might as well deliver it through LBC, that would be faster for sure. I'm not sure if im going to order through this website again.

This problem should be solved as soon as possible or else this website would lose so many customers

nag order ang kuya ko ng cellphone atsaka headset, yung headset ang naunang ipa deliever ksao hindi ko alam tas ako nakabigay nung pera 9k lahat nabigay ko sa 500 peso na headset, tinangay nila yung halos 8,500 na pera... please lazada maawa kayo...

hindi ko alam kung san ko pupulutin yung perang yun... estudyante lang ho ako
