Sobrang bagal ng delivery ng Lazada sa XDE na courier pero yun parin ang ginagamit nilang courier para mag deliver! Ayusin nyo naman serbisyo nyo!

Hanggang ngayon wala pa yung item ko, Feb 28 ko pa yun naorder, March 09 na wala pa yung item, and hindi nagalaw yung Status sa XDE Website!

Tapos yung Chat Support nyo walang silbi, wala naman sila nagagawa sa mga reklamo ng customer eh, ano ba silbi ng Chat Support nyo para lang may makausap ang customer pero wala naman nagiging action? Alisin nyo na ang XDE or XIMEX sa list ng courier nyo mga alam nyo na mabagal yung service nila hindi pa inaalis, ang dami na nagrereklamo dyan wala kayo ginagawang action!

nagtxt kayo kahapon within 24 hours diliver na yung order ko hanggang ngayon wala pa mabuti pa LEX mabilis magdeliver kayo sinagad nyo na nga delivery time d pa madeliver ng maayos pati contant number na binigay nyo nagreklamo

Text ng text yan idedeliver daw within 24 hours wala naman. Hindi ako umalis ng bahay expecting xde delivery. Oy di na ako oorder sa lazada!!

Pareho tayo Sir. sobrang bagal talaga ng Ximex na courier sana Ninja Van nalang lahat.

Pero just to help you with Chat Support, meron po live agent dun punta ka lang sa chat with customer care, click "where is my order" tapos hanapin mo yung item mo then click "tracking details" hanggang sa lalabas yung "Was this helpful?". pindutin mo yung sa right or yung "Thumbs Down" tapos may pindutin mo yung live agent.

Dun makakausap mo tao. Pero nasa courier parin talaga yung problema eh.

oo grabe yang ximex na partner courier ng lazada...walang kwenta kht eemail m cla d naman cla ngrresponse....hnggang ngaun june 8 last day n dpt mdeliver ung order q wla d p rin ndedeliver...rreshed na nman ng june 14 eh kelangan qna un ginorder q..grbe npkabulok n courier yang ximex na yan...
