Lazada Philippines - Still Not refunded even if item returned and seller already received the item back
Received a defective infrared cooker on May 17th, 2020. Returned the item and coordinated with the seller right away.
Seller received the item back on the 18th or 19th the most and yet up to noway 22, 2020 still no refund from lazada which their policy said if you paid through COD you'd get a refund 5min after checking item. It's already the 22nd of May.
Hotline doesn't ring, chat doesn't really allow you to talk to a customer service representative! You paid cash, and returned item and its like begging for a refund to a company that does not even entertain customers!
Preferred solution: Full refund.
