update lang, after a week na everyday i call their customer service and live chat. na-refund ko money thru lbc remittance sa wakas!.

after i received the email from lazada the remittance number, punta agad ako sa lbc, mabilis lang.

salamat dun sa customer service agent na naghandle sa kin. but this will be my last transaction sa lazada, never again.

I called customer service recently, and told that they will manually refund my payment thru lbc remittance. Fingers crossed, sana matapos na at makuha ko na pera na nagastos ko sa wala :(

They cancelled my order last Monday kasi system error daw kaya di mapick up order ko ng mga putangna, so refund na lang daw thru paypal, so ok refund processing. Tapos pag check ko kanina sa app, refund rejected naka-indicate.

P*tangna niyo lazada sakit nyo sa ulo!!!! 7k nawala sa kin mga gago kayo!

Lazada philippines please pick up my item at Midace for delivery! Still processing at your system???, the item is already packed by the seller since July 2 and it's already paid thru paypal.

Upto now processing pa rin, i always talk to the merchant/seller, wala daw sa system ng lazada para pick up ang item sa kanila, dinala na nila sa drop off centers ng lazada ayaw daw tanggapin kasi wala daw sa system! wtf!

bayad na un, credit card ginamit ko, still now nasa seller pa rin ang item. lazada ishipped niyo na order ko!
