I have contacted lazada about this and wasted my time. Costumer service sucks and no clear updates about my order. It's already passed the estimated time of delivery.

Same here! Orders long overdue and no one from Lazada to reach out and provide feedback on the matter!

Very Very POOR Customer Service! Keep this up and you will lose a lot of customers!
