No refund, they are going to sent back the chair. Big profit for Lazada, paying 3 times the shipment costs and losing a good customer. No way you get an answer to your questions or remark.
What a bad expierence, we were called to explain the reason for return, a chair for a 200 kg person with a 45 cm seating, little bit difficult. The measurements on the website were the outside of the chair measures!
Reason of review: no communication possible!!.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
