I needed a cow costume for my boy. So I bought from Lazada which says the costume is for BOY GIRL KIDS.

When it arrived, to my dismay, it was huge. It was an adult size. So I contacted Lazada's customer service 3x explaining the situation. I received a text message last night informing me that the costume was being sent back to me and it was for delivery.

They did not accept my reason for returning the item. The costume did not have the tag with the size on it. But obviously, too big for even a 12 yo. kid.

Terrible customer service! Think twice before you buy from LAZADA again.
