I guess Lazada would rather lose a loyal customer rather than refund an item I returned because of bad quality (borderline fake). Guess what, they redelivered the item saying that my complaint was invalid especially items coming from abroad.

Lol. I've been dealing with this issue since January 2 and no resolution has been given until this date. I returned the item they redelivered and told their chat support that I'll keep on returning it until they relent. They're the ones paying for the courier fee, anyway!

If I'm not gonna get my refund, I am going to make sure that they will lose some money, too! Also, their chat support agents cannot be trusted. They will promise a callback but they will never call you. When you ask for a supervisor,they will always say that their supervisor is not available.

Do not believe them. Demand for a supervisor and like magic, a supervisor will take over.
