I ordered an item during the birthday sale and used a voucher, now the item was cancelled by the courier and they said that i rejected the item at doorstep? how could that be, when the other items that i ordered during the same time and day arrived with no hassles.
now the Lazada cust service team suggest that I order the Item again,, if you check the item cost 1700 now and they simple tell me that they will give me a voucher of 150? to compensate for the issue,I hope you can help me with this thanks .please access the conversations that we had, i even asked them 3 days ago for the number of the courier but they didnt give it to me, they simply assured me that they are the one who will call them and told me that i will get the item until i checked this morning
