I live in a condominium so naturally we have a reception desk.

This isn't the first time i have delivered through lazada. But this was first time i have experienced this.

I received and email that the package have been delivered. I went downstairs to check. Nothing has arrived nothing.

Please clear this out. This isn't really helping your reputation

Product or Service Mentioned: Lazada Philippines Courier Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Price.

I didn't like: Inconsistent delivery, Lex delivery service.
