I ordered a product and they sent me the wrong one. I was able to return it in pristine condition.
They SAID THEYVE received it and said it was all good. THE WORST PART IS:
They NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT REFUND. I ordered a lot of products from lazada so i was under the impression that they are not like ZAlora(another online shop that did not process my refund and replacement.) So this will be the last time I am buying anything online. Its not effortless shopping.
ITS THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. YOU CANNOT CHECK THE PRODUCTS, YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR ITEM TO COME, AND YOU CAN NEVER HAVE A REFUND.
