Bogus delivery attempts - 4x in a row!

We are a new seller in Lazada. We have had only four sales so far, All of which have been picked by courier LEXPH but instead of being delivered to customer, they seemed to just automatically marked as failed delivery and return to sender after multiple attempts.

However, all this happens in one night (late night after office hours!) No phonecalls, no emails, no notice whatsoever to either seller or buyer. The items arrive at the logistics facility and are marked return to sender on the same night! If you cannot deliver an item, dont pick it up!

What's worse is that days after, no update on the status except that it is marked as return to sender. Both Lazada Seller Center Agents and Customer Service Reps are either unwilling or unable to help.
