I had a refund amounting to 3,415 pesos last june 2017 and until now I haven't received any cent from them. LAZADA IS A SCAM!

They're stealing money from people and pretending that they already returned it to the customer's account. According to BDO HEAD OFFICE, it's IMPOSSIBLE to do an auto reversal for a debit/sabings account such as mine. So how in the world can you say that you've already returned the money????!! Nothing shows even on my passbook since june 2017.

Is that the way you work??? Stealing money and doing monkey business under your tables?
