I ordered a pack of safety eyes to put on my handmade Christmas gifts. I ordered it early since it was coming from overseas and I wanted to give it enough time to get here.
It was meant to come November 6 at the latest. It shows that it was cleared by customs but it was never delivered. I tried talking to customer service twice but both times I was just given empty promises that it would taken care of. Escalation does nothing at all.
They wonโt issue me a refund despite me successfully paying full price and not receiving my item.
If they wonโt do anything about it, Iโd really rather escalate it myself to the proper authorities. Theyโre stealing my money, arenโt they?
