COD after ko mapadala skin nung july 3 then binuksan ko pagopen ko ayaw magopen then ayaw din maginsert ng microsd and sim, defective nga then nung araw din yun pinadala ko sa lbc pandang 5pm kasi labas ng work ko yun after nun nung july 6, napadala ng lbc sa lazada yung defective item, then sinabi ko kung kailangan mareplace yan kasi matagal na nanjan sainyo ung item sabi nila ipapadala nila sa service center after mga 2 weeks, nagsabi ung isa sa mga customer service nila na ok na na process na yung sa service center. magbibigay daw cla ng tracking number hanggang ngaun wala parin tpos may cnasabi din na 24 to 48 hours checking 4 days na wala parin nung nagpost cla nun.
