Order #4378064436062 or 3415199242 Nagreturn ako ng item dahil yung binili ko na phone isang box na kape ang dineliver.April 1 pa nasa warehouse yung item pero wala pa rin update hanggang ngayun. Ilang beses ba din ako ngfollow up lagi ang sinasabi iescalate daw sa pertinent department but look what happened?

everytime na mgffollow up ako sure daw na mkakatanggap ako feedback within 48 hrs pero ano nangyari? lagi warehouse ang sinasabi nila, pwede ba yun? walang gngawa warehouse team nyo so ano naman gagawin ko? hihintayin ko na kumilos sila so panu kapag hindi?

pano ang pera ko? ganun na lang ba yun lazada? nakakasawa yung sinasabi nyo palagi na icocoordinate sa warehouse team may progress ba?So ano magaging result ng evaluation ngayun fair pa ba dahil 1month na sa knila?sa palagay ko hindi na..

mahiya nman kayo. Magpapatulong na din ako kay sir Raffy Tulfo kasi palagay ko mas mgagawan nang action yan.wala eh, walang silbi mga customer service representative nyo.
