After being ripped off by Lazada, I've been doing some research. Basically, too much fraud to document, but here is what you need to know.
There are over 500 complaints listed here. Many of these complaints are not complaints, but filed by Lazada to push the real complaints about fraud, down the list and harder to find. What they do is post something like "Hi. I bought this rice cooker, but I can not afford it.
Please cancel the order. Thank you". They make posts like this a couple of times a week, so the really bad complaints get pushed down the list. IF YOU WANT TO REALLY KNOW WHAT LAZADA DOES, SPEND SOME TIME READING OLDER COMPLAINTS.
You will find that Lazada has low prices because they sell fake, defective, and models with lower specs than advertised. They only give refunds if you pay by credit card, because if they dont, the customer can complain to their credit card company. If you pay by COD, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.
