Nag order ako ng 3 items worth almost 2,500 gamit ang card ng anak ko tapos maya maya lang nag email ang Lazada sa akin ng ganito: We were unable to process your payment for order 38278**** Dear ___________', With regards to your order 38278****, we were unable to process your payment; therefore, it was canceled in our system. Sa akin P5,500.00 ng icancel ko na 5 days bago macancel at maibalik sa lazada wallet yung pera. Mukhang patutubuan muna sa banko bago isoli ang pera. Biruin mo sa 100 tao pa lang na ipitin nila ang pera laking tubo na sa 5 to 15 days

Hi MayaBuan. It will be returned to your account for 5 to 15 Banking days for Credit card and 5 to 45 Banking days for Debit card.
The amount is not totally deducted but floating. The order was cancelled due to some misinformation about your card info. What happened to your transaction is that your bank authorized the amount (taken out of your credit limit) but it is not settled or paid to our bank account, which means the amount taken out of your account will go expire or time out within 5-15 banking days for Credit Cards or 3-45 banking days for debit card (Depends on the involved amount) and you may contact your issuing bank for the complete details on the reversal of your credit card.
