Lazada like everything else in the Philippines offers an appalling level of customer service - the Filipino attitude that the customer is unimportant come through at every opportunity - hopefully Amazon will find a sensible way to open (without Philippine ownership) and drive them out of business In addition to Customer Service (or lack of it be careful of electrical items as they sell 50hz into the Philippines which is 60hz and many items come fitted with Australian plugs If you talk to customer service about this they have no idea what you're talking about All in all a massive disappointment
