This is the third time I have ordered and you assure me its been shipped with 2go only to get another cancellation email....you are the absolute worst online company I ever dealt with....The first 2 times you lied and said it was delivered but it was COD!...yet I paid by credit card....I had to re-order for the third time and finally it was all set to be delivered. This has been ongoing for almost 2 months, the last order being on the 12 of dec. NOW CANCELLED AGAIN!!! and please re-order....time to take a good look at your operation.

This was a Christmas present for my grandkids and you screwed it.....why is it so impossible to contact you by phone?? Even your FB page has no where to write a message....

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $319.

I liked: Webpage.

I didn't like: Very poor customer service.
