Wow! Grabe wala ako masabi.

Napaka-walang kwenta lang. I placed an order November 11th walang dumarating. So I called sabi hindi na macancel kasi naka shipped status na at irefuse ko na lang. Pano ko irerefuse ang order eh wala nga dumarating.

Alam nyo ba kung ilang beses ng namove yang delivery date nyan? So kasalanan ko kung bakit delayed yan dahil nagtiwala ako sa binigay nyong estimated delivery date sa website nung umorder ako. Ngayon hihintayin ko madeliver pa yan bago icancel at marefund ang payment ko? Eh wala nga kayong mabigay na exact delivery date.

Tuwing magchachat ako iba ibang delivery date binibigay nyo. Nung una sabi Nov 17th naging 20th tapos 22nd tapos kahapon 28th tapos ngayon yung kausap ko na si Monica sabi 29th. Asan ang hustisya dun para sa consumer. Pano pako maniniwala na darating kung pinagloloko nyo na ako sa iba ibang delivery date na binibigay nyo.

Dahil sa email nato mas natrigger lang ako magfile ng complaint na sa DTI. I swear pagaaksayahan ko ng oras to kung yun ang kailangan para matutunan nyo improve yang process nyo. Tapos sabi ng customer service seller yung at fault kasi walang item na pinadala sa kanila. So I contacted the seller sa fb ang sabi wala silang control system dahil lazada ang nagmamanage nung order.

Nagtuturuan kayo ngayon kung sino may kasalanan. I am very eager malaman yung totoo para malaman ko kung kanino na lang ako magtitiwala next time I order online.

Diyos ko po sobrang nakakatakot kayo lazada,,,, feeling ko harap harapan nyo kming niloloko,,,, nag order ako ng tv sa inyo pinadala nyo sakin na tv basura may scratch ung screen tapos ayaw nyong magparefund,,,,, wala nman po sa adds nyo na may scratch ung tv na binibili ko,,,, i want refund 2 weeks na wala pa ,,,,tpos ayaw nyo na akong kausapin sa twing tumatawag ako sa inyo kaloka kayo

Ganyan na ganyan din ang currently na nangyayari sakin pa iba ina sila ng delivery date palibhasa bayad na kaya wala silang pake na sa customers nila. Sobrang basura ng service nyo lazada!
