I ordered several items in Lazada PH online, but due to system error, my order was tripled, and i was charged 3x as well. I did not realised it until my order was delivered. So i returned the rest of the items and file for a refund.

so my horror starts:

1. First item that they refunded, the amount was not exact. Actual price was 799.75, but we only received 781.12

2. Remaining 5 items still pending refund after almost a month. Been doing follow ups frequently but looks like customer representatives are like chat bots. They always says that they will follow up my case. No specific time frame. Meaning i could wait forever!!!

3. They keep changing the case number. They close my case even the case is still open. Mainly because they have quotas for close cases, so just anyhow close any case!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Lazada Philippines Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $170.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Apathetic customer service.
