My boyfriend ordered one product from this online shop in which he used his card to purchase. The first time we ordered, the transaction was smooth, no complaints at all.
The only mistake we had made was to give LAZADA our trust. So, we purchased again the next month. We thought everything was fine. We paid it again via Card, then we received a notification that they had received our payment.
But when the item was delivered, the delivery guy asked for the payment for the product. We explained that it was already paid, we even showed him the email. But he said, Air21 didn't receive the payment from this RUBBISH online shop. So, we tried to reach their Cust Support via phone several times but we're always directed to the busy line.
We sent a lot of emails indicating our concern, but they always said, they haven't received any feedback yet from their unknown relevant department. The matter has been brought up to them since December 12, 2014 but until now, we haven't received our money. Why is it so easy for you to take our money?
While returning them to us will take forever to be processed. We need this to be fixed now or else, this matter will be forwarded to the authorities.
