Lazada Philippines - Worst Customer service. they just stall you and make you paasa :( :( :( -rep -scam -system full of flaws.
Last year i paid my items thru paypal order 333839431 Transaction ID: 85375004NV889405F .for a x mas gift but i have to 72 hours to review or smth my payment and then my order was cancelled out of nowhere. so i went thru live support they say the system cancelled and they wanted to give a refund but i don't want to because they already have my money and i want to push my order before Xmas, instead they reason out they cant place a order on my behalf?
like wtf. why not reinstate my order?! and eventually they said its their systems fault so i have to wait 15 days to receive my money back. so i waited for a month and no i haven't receive anything yet then again i tried to reach lazada thru live chat support.
and they said it was suppose to be automatic charge back but haven't recieve anything so they have do it manually?
i waited for 2 months and counting all for nothing. my time is wasted and cash probably will be refunded.
