Umorder ako ng tv gamit two different account ko binayaran ko sa 7-eleven (alipay march 19, 2018) dumating na item after 1 week kaso usb cord lang dumating na dalawa magkaiba package.sabi ng lazada ibalik ko daw para makuha refund so binalik ko yung dalawa nung march 28,2018. Nagffolow up ako about sa refund after a week dumating yung email para sa refund nung isa kaso sa alipay pa bumalik nagrequest ako sa alipay na itransfer nalang sa lazada e wallet pero gang ngayon wala pa din napasok sa e wallet.tapos sa lazada yung isa palang nirefund yung isa halos hnd inaasikaso ng customer service nila halos nsa isang buwan na simula ng binayad q yung pera ko na pinaghirapan tapos maistock lang sa kanila.

Hanggang ngayon Wala pa din refund Wala Naman yatang ginagwang aksyon lazada ukol dito eh. Lagi nalang 24-48 hrs sinasabi tapos Wala Naman darating.
