Tama ka jan sa....I had the same issue with LazadaPH.First and last order ko na ito sa kanila.

Until now wala pa rin yung order ko at ang masakit na bayaran ko na kaya sobra ang inis ko. Kung gaano kadali umorder siyang bagal naman ng delivery. Tapos makakareceive ka ng reply sa email na resolved na daw ang issue ko. Paano na resolved eh hanggang ngayon wala pa rin yung order ko?

Napaka walang kwentang online store.

Kapag nakuha na ang order mo wala na silang pakialam kung natanggap na ba or hindi pa ng customer nila yung inorder sa kanila.Bwisit!!!!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $554.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Giving false information, Very poor customer service, Service, Inconsistent delivery.
