PLEASE DO NOT FROM BUY LAZADA. I just received my order for an Outland bag worth 1500 pesos.

They sent me the wrong bag Yukot Yukot pa yung strap. Sasabihan ka Lang return for a refund. Based on the reviews ang refund na yan pahirapan pa. KAYA PARANG AWA NIYO NIYO SAYANG LANG ANG PERA NA PINAGTRABAHUAN NIYO.

DO NOT BUY from LAZADA! MALI NA NGA PINADALA NILA PANGET PA!!! Defective pa yung strap may Sira! 1500 is 1500 pinaghirapan ko yun!

Tapos papadalhan ka na Mali at Sira na order!

Kaya na man pal ang Dani nag complain Kai's totoo naman plan. Now naniniwala na ako Kasi ako mismo ang nana experience.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Pwede po bang malaman kung naibalik na ang item, ang return tracking number na binigay ng LBC pati na rin po ang order number for this concern para matulungan namin kayo.

No worries po, once matanggap po namin ang item sa Lazada WH, it will have to undergo lang po ng 2 days evaluation process (madalas within the day natatapos din naman). Afterwards, you will receive an email notification galiing sa aming Return's team for the results. So we suppose po active naman ang email address na ginamit nyo sapag-place ng order? Kasi po doon po magse-send ng updates regarding your refund/replacement.
