i receive wrong item. My request for refund was rejected 2 times, because there is no option wrong item in the option upon requesting for return or refund.
the original item i ordered is not available on lazada.
unable to contact the seller. Attached are the photos of the wrong item and the screenshot of the item i ordered and proof of payment delivered COD.
