Mali po ung item na edeniliver instead of my phone rio2 ay monopad po ang deneliver gusto ko po sna mapalitan at maitama ang matanggap ko na item or erefund nlng ung pera ko. sna matulungan nyo po ako maraming salamat po.

Pwede po nating ibalik ang item ng LIBRE sa pinakamalapit na LBC outlets sa inyong lugar. I-fill out lang po ang kasamang Return form at isulat ang defects na naobserbahan sa item. Kung wala naman po kasamang return form ang item, pwede nyo pong i-download ang aming online return form using this link: www.lazada.com.ph/return/.

Tawag na lang po tayo sa ating CS hotline para iprovide ang RTN na ibibigay sa inyo ng LBC pagbalik ng item. Good day!

You just have to fill out the return form attached to the item and send it back via any LBC outlets near you. By the way, please be reminded that we have the 2015 Returns Policy which states:
