I ordered for Huawei Y5 2017 last December 3 then they delivered the item after 3 days. I was very upset they sent me a vr box 3D glasses instead of phone.

I already returned the item to lbc on the same day December 6 with tracking number 161813222932. I spoke to your warehouse team last December 11, he mentioned that I will receive an update after 2 days regarding the result of evaluation. It's been 2 weeks since I returned the item but I don't received any update.

Please refund my money now. Here is my details order number is 332167191.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5890.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
