Lazada Philippines - Wrong item delivered and then not responding seller

New ReviewerThere is fraud happening at Lazada seller and I hope , Lazada will maintain good reputation by not tolerating it. We ordered "Plastic Sealer"

Item deliver by LEX PH we weren't able to open right away because it was wrap well.
When we enter my room and the deliver guy go away, we found out that there was no sealer inside, instead, its a 4-pcs GARBAGE BAGS" This is a form of SCAM because when we try to reach the seller they are not responding anymore. We are hoping that there will be an action done on this issue .
User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from the seller. If you really need to buy, check the item/infront of the delivery personnel.
Monetary Loss: $573.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Lazada Philippines Pros: Cash on delivery is good.
Lazada Philippines Cons: Took a long time to get this resolved.
