I ordered the "Demotech Super Bullet 12-piece High Speed Blender/ Juicer (Black)" and received it in good condition. However, it is in an unusually different plug type which is type F plug instead of the standard type A.
Of course, this can be solved with just using a plug adaptor. However, in the instruction manual, it stated not to use it with any adaptor or voltage converting device. So we could not test the product for the fear that it might break. That said, can I use this reason to return it without getting rejected?
Wala naman kasing nag-rereply sa 'kin ng feedback after sending emails through the customer service page. If there were, it takes time before I get a reply and they will only say that they are still "working" on my concern.
My right to return and get a reimbursement will be over in 3 days. So please give me any feedback or resolution regarding my concern!
